The number of calories that you burn during exercise depends on your weight, type of exercise, and the duration. Use our Calorie Burner Calculator to calculate the number of calories that you burn during a workout.
If you have used other A.D.A.M. tools, some of this information may be filled in for you.
- Enter your weight in the box provided. If you entered your weight in kilograms, select Kilograms from the drop-down list.
- Select the type of physical activity.
- Enter the duration of your workout in the box provided. If you entered the time in hours, select Hours from the drop-down list.
- Click Submit/Calculate.
